Returns If you do not love your purchase from The Winsome Lady you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return your item/s for a refund of the cost of the goods (this excludes any shipping fees you may have been charged when placing your order, shipping fees are non refundable). Your item/s must be returned in it’s original packaging, unworn, with all tags intact and in a saleable condition. It must also be delivered back to us within 14 days of you receiving your order. If not, the item/s will be returned to you with no refund issued. It is your responsibility to pay for the cost of return shipping to The Winsome Lady. Once we receive your return it will take up to 5 working days to process your refund. Please note it may then take further time for your bank to credit the amount back to you.
